oh. my. god. I think someone's nursing an addiction, although at least this one doesn't turn you orange.
Do you know what's on my birthday wish list? A cheese atlas. There's a page description of every artisanal cheesemaker in the US. You're supposed to use the book to plan visits to them. I can think of nothing more fun.
I didn't know it was Christmas wish list time. I have a shit-load of things on mine, let me go into detail........
I is always good to know the price of one's love...though in this case since their could be a gastronomical return it might not be so much a purchase as an investment into bread futures.
