Tomorrow morning we leave for the big family reunion on my mother's side. Actually it's not that big, it's a meeting of her 5 siblings and their families only a few of which have grown children and families and there are a few people that won't be making it.
I am really looking forward to seeing my sister and her family, whom I do not get to see often enough, and all our far flung relatives. We will be engaging in a lot of activities I wouldn't normally, such as a welding competition and roasting a whole pig. So I should have a lot of great stories on my return!
UPDATE: Miss D's foot swelling has gone down considerably (almost gone) The Dr. also gave us some awesome oil for the skeeter bites that i will definitely be packing for OH!
UPDATE: Civil Servant's first show went off without a hitch. We had a great time and managed not to mess up any of our songs too bad. Beuw!
