Last week in my fresh picks box i received this giant red pepper. I tried photographing it next to some peppers from my garden for perspective, but the scale wasn't quite right....
That is a big-ass pepper!

I made chili this weekend and had a big-ass GREEN pepper. What's going on with peppers? Something about the cool spring maybe?
Did you figure out a way to work the beer and the pepper into the same dish?
