So I took the Dukes to see Mary Poppins last night. She did manage to make it through the whole thing. She loved the theatre itself and seemed to enjoy the dance numbers.
As for my own take, this guy says it better than I ever could.
If I had read anything about the show before going, I probably would have avoided it. But thank god I didn't pay full price for tickets!
Here's hoping our Cirque Shanghai tickets for tomorrow are a better bet....

Wow, look how cultural you are! Sorry that the musical was bad. That's a shame. I'm sure Cirque is going to be entertaining.
