What is really sad is that I am also crushing really hard on open-toe booties and booties. It's so ridiculous. I mean, when would I wear them?
But I WANT THEM.

I'm thinking there's a window of opportunity for wearing open toed boots - the approximately three days between the heat of Chicago summer and the snow of Chicago winter...
2. They are a trendy shape (read: they will not age and in 1-2 yrs hence will no longer be wearable)
3. They are a trendy color too! NEVER NEVER buy something that is both the season's style AND color. That is instant dating - they will look awful even as early as next year.
4. I cannot condone any style that encourages a return to the 80's,

THAT is one sexy as hell shoe!!
I must veto the shoes. Too many rules are broken:
1. They is Fug-lee
2. They are a trendy shape (read: they will not age and in 1-2 yrs hence will no longer be wearable)
3. They are a trendy color too! NEVER NEVER buy something that is both the season's style AND color. That is instant dating - they will look awful even as early as next year.

Ah joe, you always come through with the shoe validation.
