According to the Wii Fit, not only did I meet my original goal weight this week, but I am also a mere 1.5 lbs from my ultimate goal weight. (As determined by Wii fit- I am ruled by it!) Thank you stomach virus!
Here's a conundrum for you. My daughter's birthday is coming up. Every time a kid in her class has a birthday, the parents bring a tray of giant cupcakes from the grocery store for the kids. You know the ones- most likely with a plastic themed tie-in toy or ring stuck in the mountain-high frosting on top?
Well, I reeeeeaaallly don't want to bring them for her birthday. I want to bring something else. (And not just because she threw up blue frosting all over her white coat on Friday night) Here's my criteria:
- Must be store bought (school requirement)
- Healthy would be nice but not required
A teacher recommended to me something that the kids can participate in such as decorating graham crackers with icing, etc. I'd have to get the teachers ok of course but I think they'd be into it. I'd love to do something healthy but can't think of anything that kids would get excited about that's healthy....
