Orecchiette with garbanzos, tomatoes, feta, and mint

I found this recipe when I was searching for a way to use feta and garbanzos in something that was not panzanella. I was so intrigued by the idea of using mint and cilantro together. It was delicious! Miss D loved it and so did Husband. Not to mention this is super easy and quick to throw together. A fabulous, one dish weeknight meal.

I am really into Mediterranean flavors right now. Everyone in my household loves them, and it just makes you think of summer! I am thinking of buying a cookbook that focuses on this area, preferably a general one that includes many different styles (Greek, Turkish, Sephardic, French, Italian, whatevs). Does anyone have any suggestions?

Looks fabulous!!

perhaps something in your current library has recipes for this region? As I recall you don't use cookbooks very often, perhaps maybe a website that specializes in this is better?
