A year ago I wrote my first post on this blog. Coincidentally the blog itself just turned 10. I am a little late to the party but so far I am having a great time! For me, it all started with Pu, she was followed by kegz (we're talking my personal readership here) and then in the past two years a veritable network of relatives and friends that not only read and comment here but that I get to keep in touch with by reading theirs.
I wasn't sure what I would end up writing about. Some things were expected such as : my daughter, or music. It turned out to be a great place to vent, share my recent "rebirth", not to mention all my old, and new, hobbies and side projects......
In addition to being a great way to communicate with so many people who are near and far from me, the blog is also a great diary. One I certainly never would have kept on my own. (what can I say? I guess I need an audience!)It is so fun to look back at these posts and see everything i did last year. (whew! It was a lot!)And my Aunt B is right, a lot of the Miss D things I would probably forget about if i didn't write them here.
So it's been a great year of blogging and I'm looking forward to the next

I agree Stef, it is a good diary substitute. Congrats on making it a year! I need to look back myself and see how things have gone. Sooo much blogging!
